Job Description

Essential Staff
Accountant Functions: <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliation
for assigned general ledger accounts. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Provide support to the management and other departments
within the Company in the assigned area of responsibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Participate on accounts balances fluctuation analysis and
investigate deviations from the budget or expectations. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Identify and create efficiencies in the month -end close cycle
that lead to decreasing process closing time. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>

Requirements <\/h3>
2 -3 years of prior accounting
experience, preferably in the areas of fixed assets, accounts receivable,
prepaid expenses, payroll (GL side of it), or accounting for leases. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Public accounting experience is preferred. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Previous experience with Blackline,
Infor Sx, SAGE, SAP Fixed Assets, Concur, UiPath, is very beneficial. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting or
Finance. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Thorough understanding of GAAP. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Adobe
Acrobat Pro. <\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Experienced working with/
manipulating large data sets in Excel. <\/span> <\/span>
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
