Trinity Academy is seeking a detail -oriented Accountant who
shares our Christ -centered worldview to join our administrative team. You’ll
play a key role in keeping our finances accurate and transparent — supporting
the programs, events, and families that make Trinity’s mission possible.

Key Responsibilities <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Review and post all journal
entries prepared by Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Prepare and analyze
financial statements and departmental expense reports <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> File monthly sales tax
returns accurately and on time <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Create and maintain the
annual financial aid tracker, ensuring aid is correctly applied to tuition
agreements <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Build and manage online
registration and payment forms for camps, classes, productions, athletic
training, and other programs <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Assist with budget
preparation and financial forecasting <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide financial setup and
on -site support for fundraising events and fine arts programs <\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div><\/span>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>3+ years of accounting
experience <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Proficiency in Microsoft
Word and Outlook <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Degree in Accounting
preferred; strong relevant experience will be considered <\/span>
<\/p>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span> Alignment with Trinity
Academy’s mission and statement of faith <\/span>
