Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Network Security Engineer will manage and support the network security infrastructure, including firewalls and access control platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enforce security policies and troubleshoot configurations. Key responsibilities: Monitor and manage firewall infrastructure, VPN, and security-related tools daily Collaborate with the information security and network teams to establish security policies and configurations Analyze and troubleshoot firewall rule sets to ensure application performance and availability Required qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of networking experience and 2 years of hands-on firewall engineering Experience managing Palo Alto Firewall infrastructure in an enterprise environment Familiarity with micro-segmentation in a virtualized Data Center environment PCNSA, PCNSE, or CISSP certifications preferred Basic understanding of network engineering and local/wide area technologies
