One parent works from home, and the other has a seasonal travel schedule, so the family's routine shifts slightly between seasons, with an earlier start from March through September. This role is fully focused on the baby's care and routine. The family travels domestically about twice a month, and the nanny will join them, with the same schedule and separate accommodations provided. This is a long-term position for someone who brings consistency, warmth, and strong references.
