Responsibilities: • Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction • Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed • Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs • Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily Qualifications: • Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills • A High school diploma or GED is required • Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment • Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality • At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department
