We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences and product launches to social gatherings and community events. Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of events from inception to completion Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met Conduct site visits and coordinate event setup and breakdown activities Manage event registration processes and attendee communications Support the preparation and distribution of event materials and promotional content

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus
